The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for special occasions. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. We loved the mezze platter, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel truly valued as long-time customers. Nuba has been a favorite of ours for years, and it never disappoints. Highly recommend for anyone looking for delicious Middle Eastern cuisine in a lovely setting! ”

“ Had a delicious lunch at Nuba in Kits with my family recently! We had the Najib’s Special (which is yummy crispy cauliflower), Chicken Shish Tawook (which chicken skewers) and the Lamb Kafka lunch plates. We also had the pan seared Halloumi cheese to start which was delicious. We also got pita bread for the table. The lunch plates came were served with hummus, salad, pickled cabbage and a choice of organic brown rice or roasted potatoes (I did half and half). Portions were big, food was fresh and bursting with flavour. Both our server and the bus girl worked hard, because the restaurant was pretty full, but the service was good and we didn’t wait long. I also had the Turkish Coffee which was made in a traditional coffee pot and it was great. We were too full for dessert which I regret because the dessert selection looked so good! Next time and there will be a next time!! :) ”

“ This is my very favourite place to eat in the neighborhood. I come here for lunch once or 2 times a week and usually have the falafel or Mjadra plate. I love the team. Especially the manager. She is amazing and treats me like gold. Great coffee too ”

“ Celebrated a brilliant colleague’s retirement with 16 in attendance in the back room. Tall ceilings, great lighting as late May afternoon softened into dusk. Had flavorful, well prepared and prettily presented food as part of the Feast. Great variety and have you ever had Macedonian Feta?! Give that a try. Sure is not super market feta, that’s for sure. Pleasant service, photos taken for the group so nice memory with all accounted for in the shot. ”

“ Nuba hosted our group for a company training. The rooms for hire were quiet and separate from the rest from the rest of the restaurant which made it very easy to hear our speaker. The staff were very respectful when bringing in food and waited for a break or asked if we could break to bring in the food. The food was AMAZING and there was plenty of it. Well worth the value. Highly recommend anyone hosting events at this establishment and an extra special thank you to Andrea and her team for helping make everything go so smoothly. ”
